Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes: We offer reliable shipping services within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). At Phase, we collaborate with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of your products. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location within the UAE and the availability of the item(s) in your order.

  • Shipping Fees: We strive to offer competitive shipping rates to our customers. The shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

  • Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed successfully, our team will process it within 5 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Order processing includes product packaging, quality checks, and coordination with our shipping partners.

  • Shipment Tracking: We understand the importance of tracking your order. As soon as your package is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through our website or directly on the courier's website. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to be updated.

  • Delivery Address: To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping information, including your name, contact number, and delivery address. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order to the provided address. If they are unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts or if there is no one available to receive it, they will leave a notification card or contact you directly to arrange an alternative delivery method or pick-up location.

  • Delivery Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the package for any signs of damage or tampering. If you notice any issues, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery to report the problem. Providing photographic evidence of any damage will help us expedite the resolution process.

  • International Shipping: At the moment, Phase only offers shipping within the UAE. We do not currently support international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligible for returns and exchanges within 2 working days

  • Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Contact us to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, unless it's our error.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment form.

  • Damaged or defective items can be returned at no additional cost.

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Policy subject to change without notice.
